Privacy Policy
As part of the Miniature Music Makers family we will hold some information about you so that we can contact you about groups and events that Miniature Music Makers are doing that you may be interested in. This is a short note explaining what we hold, and how we use it, if you have any questions after reading this please contact us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When we talk about information, we are referring to your contact details. We never have access to your financial information when you make payments via bank transfers, PayPal etc. All sensitive financial information is held securely by the processing companies and they never share this with us.
How we collect information
When you start at a Miniature Music Makers group I ask you to fill in a registration form. This is so that I can contact you (usually by text) to let you know about groups, classes or any changes to classes. This information is kept securely and is not available for other people to read.
The website provider I use is Weebly and has cookies enabled for this site to make sure your computer (or other device) is recognised when you visit here again. Sadly they are not the edible kind!
Who has access to your information?
Basically only Miniature Music Makers. I am the only one who has access to your information and I never, ever share it with anyone else or pass it on to anyone else unless you have given me permission to do so.
How is your information used?
I send out newsletters to pre-schools and groups who maybe interested in holding Miniature Music Makers groups, and I contact families to let them know about groups and classes running in their area.
Photographs
On occasions I have someone come to my groups to take photographs. When you start at a Miniature Music Makers Group I will ask you to fill in a photograph consent form. This tells me whether it is ok to take photographs or not, and also specifies where you are happy for me to use those photographs. I then ensure that my register is up to date with all these details before any photographs are taken. Safeguarding is a priority for me and so I never post any photographs without specific consent from the relevant adults, if you are ever concerned at all about whether photographs are taken, or where they will be used please just come and talk to me about it.
Your Rights
You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, and I will give you full details, free of charge within 30 days. You also have the right to ask that your details be deleted, amended or transferred. If you ever change your mind about what information, if any, you want me to hold on your behalf, just contact me.
